Excellent selection of song for the tribute Vidya. Nice attempt as well. Some suggestions:
1) SD Burman, SalilDa songs are extra-tough in nuances, tricky breathing control too. A retake may remove these soft spots.
2) Your breathing could be heard throughout the song. Audacity could easily take care of them. Certain songs are better left alone with intermittent breathing sound (to add natural effect). But not this song though!
3) In order to achieve a seamless effect, it is better to record the entire song in a single take. Mending multiple takes together takes painstaking blending, without which it misses the smooth transition. The last part of this song seemed to come from a separate take, thus the subtle transitioning difference in voice & recording parameter.

Your attempt is definitely commendable. Keep it up.

Very well sung. Would be nice if u could remove the breath sounds.

Expressions are also done very well !

At the second sab ki aangan...your voice is distorted and feels strained...and if you could reduce the base frequencies a little more the words could be more clear...Tough song..but very good attempt..
